What you’ll do:

• Program, set and operate advanced CNC machines
• Create and optimise CNC programs for precision components
• Work from engineering drawings and CAD models
• Improve tooling, strategies, feeds and speeds
• Support prototypes, first‑offs and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

• Strong CNC programming experience
• Skilled with multi‑axis machining
• Confident with G‑code and modern CNC controls
• Ability to machine tight‑tolerance, complex parts
• Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset

Nice to have:

• Offline programming
• CAD/CAM experience
• Background in advanced manufacturing sectors
