Salesforce Platform Lead | 6-Month Contract | £600 per day (Outside IR35)
London | x3/x4 days per week in office (flexibility considered)
Here at Burns Sheean, we are working with a leading flexible workspace and property business in London who are looking for a Salesforce Platform Lead to join them on an initial 6-Month contract.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of Salesforce across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Billing, supporting a user base of around 500 people. You’ll be responsible for solution design, platform improvements and technical delivery, while also guiding a small internal team and acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
Salesforce sits at the core of the business, integrated across CPQ, DocuSign, ERP, billing and marketing platforms. There’s also a strong focus on AI-driven initiatives and continued platform expansion across the wider technology landscape.
You’ll be working closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, reduce technical debt and improve data quality across the platform.
Key experience required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow and declarative development
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and managed packages
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security and access control
- Experience delivering and supporting integrations (REST APIs, third-party systems, middleware)
