We’re partnered with a fast-growing B2B FinTech building modern billing infrastructure for scaling companies.
This is a small, high-calibre engineering team where backend engineers have genuine ownership across product, architecture, and platform decisions.
What You’ll Be Working On 👇
• Building end-to-end product features used daily by customers
• Developing AI-powered workflows across approvals, collections, and financial operations
• Designing distributed systems handling high-volume event streams
• Scaling core billing infrastructure to support rapid growth
• Owning revenue-critical systems where reliability and performance genuinely matter
What They’re Looking For 🧠
• Strong backend engineering experience in any modern language
• Open to working with Kotlin moving forward
• Experience building distributed or event-driven systems
• Engineering mindset focused on reliability, scalability, and performance
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with high ownership and ambiguity
