Project Manager
Main Contractor (Building Sector)
Project: Northamptonshire - Large Industrial Unit
Working on behalf of one of a well established Main Contractor based in the Midlands, we are looking to find a Project Manager, capable of delivering a new Industrial Unit based in Northamptonshire. This is a new project, which will start later this summer. For a client that this business has worked with previously and has a good relationship with.
Project Details:
- Valued between £25m to £30m
- JCT Design & Build Contract
- Industrial Unit
- Steel Frame , Car Park, Traditional Cladding, Office Area, Yard Slab etc.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day delivering of the project and project reporting. Supported by a Contracts Manager overseeing multiple schemes and as PM, you will be managing a team of Site Managers, Engineers with support from a Senior QS, Design Management and Planner.

Ideal Candidate:
- Project Manager level ideally - would consider an exceptional Senior Site Manager
- Experience in Industrial Project Delivery
- Temporary Works Coordinator Ideal, not essential
- Proficient in using AstaPowerProjects to a basic level
