Areti Group is partnering with a high-growth, Series A startup that’s scaling at serious pace — 20+ hires planned in the next 3 months.
We’re looking for exceptional Tech Leads to take ownership of a core API Platform Team, driving the transition from legacy systems into a modern, scalable, API-first architecture — with a key shift from PHP into Golang.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Leading the technical direction of the API platform
🔹 Driving migration from legacy systems to API-first architecture
🔹 Building high-performance, scalable services in Golang
🔹 Defining API standards (design, versioning, security)
🔹 Writing clean, production-grade code
🔹 Line managing & mentoring a team of 4 engineers
🔹 Acting as the technical escalation point
🔹 Partnering closely with Product & QA
🧠 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Engineer
✔️ Strong background in API & backend development
✔️ Solid object-oriented design & scalable architecture skills
✔️ Experience working across the full stack in production
✔️ Leadership experience – mentoring, managing, growing engineers
✔️ Confident making technical decisions & trade-offs
✨ Nice to Have
➕ Experience with Golang (or strong desire to move into it)
➕ Legacy system modernisation / migration
➕ Kubernetes / cloud-native experience
➕ High-throughput, data-heavy systems
➕ Experience in regulated domains (e.g. healthcare)
