Job Description
We re hiring for an Industrial Electrician to join a specialist engineering business based in New Mills working on the installation, testing and fault finding of industrial machinery and 3-phase systems across a range of sites.
This role is suited to someone who s worked on machinery, plant, or industrial environments, not general domestic or commercial installs, and is confident working from drawings, troubleshooting issues and getting systems up and running.
What s on offer?
- £50,000+ p/a OTE (inc. bonus)
- Mon - Fri 45 hour week flexihours
- Option to have Fridays off if 45 hours are completed Mon - Thu
- Overtime paid at 1.5x (2x on Sundays)
- Company bonus (typically around £4,000 - £5,000 p/a)

What will you be doing as an Industrial Electrician?
- Installing and wiring industrial machinery and equipment
- Working with 3-phase systems, containment and armoured cabling
- Completing testing, inspection and fault finding on machinery
- Installing lighting and power within industrial environments
- Reading and working from technical drawings and schematics
- Supporting installation, upgrades and modifications on-site
- Working across multiple projects (mainly North West, occasional travel)
What will you need?
- Proven experience working on industrial machinery or plant equipment
- A background in industrial electrical installations (not domestic only)
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- City & Guilds 2391 Test & Inspection qualification
- Strong understanding of 3-phase systems and site work
- Full UK driving licence
