This specialist training provider has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality technical training across engineering, estates, facilities management, and building services sectors. With modern facilities, strong industry partnerships, and continued growth, they are looking for an Electrical Trainer to join their team and help develop skilled professionals across the electrical industry.
In this role, you will deliver electrical training courses to learners both at the training centre and occasionally at client sites across the UK. You will support learners through practical and theoretical training, helping them develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed within the electrical industry. Alongside course delivery, you will contribute to programme development, assessment activities, quality assurance processes, and the ongoing improvement of training materials.
The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent), along with strong knowledge of BS7671 and Inspection & Testing. Experience working within electrical installation, maintenance, industrial, commercial, or high-voltage environments would be highly beneficial. Previous teaching experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training and support can be provided.

The Role:
Deliver electrical training courses to learners at the training centre and client sites
Support course design, assessment, and quality assurance activities
Support business development and client engagement activities
Monday to Friday, 37-hour week with an early finish on Fridays
Occasional travel and overnight stays required
The Person:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of BS7671 and Inspection & Testing
Industry experience within electrical installation, maintenance, or engineering environments
High Voltage experience would be advantageous
Teaching experience beneficial but not essential
Keen to develop a long-term career in training and education
