Mechanical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work on a commercial fit-out project in Birmingham City Centre .

Duties:

• Supervising mechanical works on site
• Managing mechanical subcontractors and labour

Overseeing installation of:

• Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• HVAC systems
• BMS interfaces
• Sprinkler systems
• Kitchen & catering mechanical services
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Coordinating with site management and other trades

Requirements:

• Proven Mechanical Supervisor experience (commercial fit-out)
• SSSTS - essential
• Relevant mechanical trade/supervisory qualifications
• Strong H&S awareness
