They are looking to hire a Founding Mechanical Design Engineer, a key role within a growing team. You will work across disciplines, contributing to both design and implementation, while being ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-moving environment. This is a hands-on role where your work will have a clear and immediate impact from day one.
Key Skillsets
- A relevant degree from a Russell Group university or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design within manufacturing systems
- High proficiency working with CAD, engineering drawings, and GD&T
- A genuine passion for design and mechanical manufacturing
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with electronics or electrical systems
- A basic understanding of programming languages
- Experience designing for a range of manufacturing processes
- Experience working in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments
