Creative Project Manager - Birmingham - Hybrid - Perm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Creative Project Manager with a brand led background, to join a highly regarded, multidisciplinary in-house creative team. This role is ideal for someone with c.3 years’ experience in a creative agency environment, looking to step into a more impactful, globally focused position. The role is based in central Birmingham and offers hybrid working on-site 3 days per week. The salary is reflective of this Mid-Weight role and will be shared on application.
About the Role
The Creative Project Manager will play a key role in delivering a wide range of high-impact brand and story-led creative projects, to support their building projects world-wide. It sits within an agency team of 85, and a dedicated team of client facing, Project Managers. You will pull project teams together and oversee those projects from concept through to final delivery.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where at any one time, no projects are the same , and no project team is the same. The role requires experience working with bespoke projects that require concept development from the Creative and Design teams, and then experience coordinating the roll-out across multiple channels and touch points, working closely with Design and Artwork teams.
Specifically:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of creative projects, from briefing through to execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers and Artworkers
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high creative standard
- Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders
- Identify risks and proactively implement solutions
- Monitor project performance and provide reporting and insights
- Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflows
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a mid-level Project Manager with a strong foundation in creative project delivery.
- 3 years’ experience in a creative agency (or similar environment)
- Proven experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, from concept development
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and disciplines
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working with multidisciplinary and remote teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar)
- A passion for creativity, storytelling, and delivering meaningful work is essential.
