Electrical Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead delivery of commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover. This role will suit a skilled manager with solid commercial contracting experience, ideally with exposure to EV charging infrastructure and electrical installation/refurbishment work across commercial, industrial and public sectors.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multi-site electrical contracts
• Lead project planning, resourcing, programming and client engagement
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
• Oversee installation, testing, maintenance and commissioning activities
• Drive continuous improvement and effective site delivery

You'll bring:

• Strong electrical contracting background
• Proven experience managing teams and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Commercial awareness and problem solving capability
• A proactive, organised approach to programme delivery

Location: Droitwich base with nationwide project travel as required
Salary: £60,000+ plus competitive package
