We’re Hiring – Junior to Mid-Level Automation Engineers
We’ve recently spoken with a growing automation business that has secured major long-term projects and is now looking to strengthen both their Electrical Design and Controls Software teams.
They’re particularly interested in:
- Junior / Graduate Electrical Design Engineers
- Junior Controls Engineers
- Engineers with 1–10 years’ experience
- Apprenticeship or Degree backgrounds
- People genuinely passionate about automation & engineering
The interesting part?
They’re far more focused on attitude, fundamentals and long-term development than finding someone who ticks every possible box.
On the Electrical side:
- Hardware / Electrical Design
- EPLAN training available
- Strong electrical understanding valued over software expertise
- Apprenticeship backgrounds welcomed
On the Controls side:
- PLC Programming
- Siemens or Rockwell experience beneficial
- Graduates and junior engineers considered
- Opportunity to develop within large-scale automation projects
