Mechanical Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee a healthcare project in Derby . This is a long-term opportunity with 6 months of work initially and additional projects lined up for the right person.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day supervision of mechanical works on a healthcare site
• Managing mechanical subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to programme
• Coordinating with the main contractor, site teams, and other trades
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager
• SSSTS (Essential)
• Strong understanding of mechanical services within healthcare environments
• Ability to manage labour, progress, and site documentation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
