- Partnering with external delivery partners to support programme execution and successful implementation.
- Driving project governance, ensuring the right forums, meetings and decision-making processes are in place.
- Tracking project milestones, dependencies, risks and actions, escalating issues where required.
- Supporting senior stakeholders by providing clear project updates and progress reporting.
- Acting as a key link between leadership teams, business stakeholders and third-party partners.
- Facilitating collaboration across functions to ensure projects remain on track and objectives are achieved.
- Maintaining project documentation, dashboards and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
About You:
- Proven experience delivering business transformation, change or organisational projects.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage at both operational and leadership levels.
- Experience in identifying, managing and escalating project risks and issues.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience supporting change management, business readiness or adoption activities.
- Confident in facilitating discussions, coordinating teams and keeping projects moving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse groups.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and project reporting tools; exposure to Power BI would be advantageous.
- Experience within FMCG, healthcare or other large matrix organisations would be beneficial, but is not essential.
