Quantitative Developer

A leading global hedge fund is seeking a talented Quant Developer to join a high-performing investment team focused on Emerging Markets.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside Portfolio Managers and contribute to the development of quantitative tools, analytics, and trading infrastructure supporting investment decisions across Credit, Rates, and FX markets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner closely with Portfolio Managers and investment professionals
• Design and develop quantitative tools and research infrastructure
• Build analytics and models to support trading and investment decisions
• Work with large financial datasets and market data
• Enhance strategy development, risk analysis, and portfolio monitoring capabilities
• Contribute to a highly collaborative and intellectually rigorous investment environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python
• Experience in quantitative development, financial engineering, or systematic research
• Solid understanding of financial markets and products, ideally within:
• Fixed Income
• Credit
• Rates
• FX
• Derivatives
• Experience working closely with traders, researchers, or portfolio managers
• Buy-side experience preferred, though strong candidates from investment banks, proprietary trading firms, or other financial institutions are also encouraged to apply
