The Role
As CRM Associate, you'll play a key role in the execution of customer marketing campaigns across email and CRM channels. You'll be responsible for building and deploying emails using existing HTML templates, creating customer cohorts and segmentation, supporting automated customer journeys, and ensuring campaigns are thoroughly tested and delivered to the highest standard. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale CRM programmes and customer lifecycle marketing within a sophisticated CRM environment.
The Person
We're looking for someone with previous CRM or email marketing experience who enjoys the hands-on side of campaign delivery. Experience working with HTML email templates, audience segmentation, customer journeys, campaign QA, and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
