We re recruiting experienced LV Electrical Operatives to support a major UK Distribution Network Operator (DNO) LV monitoring rollout.
This role involves installing Low Voltage monitoring devices within substations and LV pillars as part of a nationally significant smart network programme. Initial deployment will focus on the South of England, with further expansion planned.
What you ll be doing
Installing LV monitoring equipment on live distribution networks
Working safely in LV pillars and substations
Following DNO safety rules, permits, and method statements
Completing installation and QA documentation
Attending vendor and network training as required
What we re looking for
Proven LV electrical experience
Background working with DNOs / utility networks
Strong safety mindset and documentation standards
Full UK driving licence
Authorisations
SSE Cat 4E (training supported for suitable candidates)
Existing DNO authorisations highly advantageous
