Senior Android Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Senior Android Engineer to join a high-profile product team working on a modern consumer-facing mobile platform.

This role will suit someone with strong Kotlin expertise and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-quality Android applications. You'll be working within a collaborative Agile environment, helping to deliver new features and enhance existing functionality across a widely used digital product.

Key Requirements

• Strong commercial experience developing Android applications using Kotlin
• Experience with MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture and modularised applications
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tooling such as Bitrise, GitHub Actions and Gradle optimisation
• Experience implementing secure mobile applications, including authentication, authorisation and secure storage
• Strong understanding of automated testing, including Espresso, Appium and mocking frameworks
• Experience participating in code reviews and promoting engineering best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Contract Details

• Outside IR35
• Strong likelihood of a 6-month extension
• Hybrid working – 2 days per week onsite in West London
