Head of Legal - Fintech

S&H have been exclusively instructed by a leading fintech on a Head of Legal search. Reporting to the GC, the role has responsibility for managing a legal team, mainly UK based.

Key responsibilities:

• Management.
• Key commercial agreements.
• Corporate - exploring potential acquisitions.
• Global regulatory advisory.

Ideal candidate:

• 10 PQE+ (Guide only).
• Regulated experience (fintech, regtech, insurtech etc).
• Management experience.
