Freelance Fa ade Designer (Outside IR35)
Remote Working, ocassional site visits in Coventry
270 - 350 per day (Outside IR35) + 12-15 week assignment + Remote Working + Interesting Refurbishment Project
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fa ade Designer to join a specialist roofing and cladding contractor on a major refurbishment project.
Working closely with the project and technical teams, you will be responsible for producing fa ade and cladding designs, developing technical details, and supporting project delivery from design through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have experience with insulated cladding/facade panel systems, refurbishment projects, and strong AutoCAD skills.
The Role
- Complex commercial refurbishment project
- Produce fa ade and cladding designs.
- Develop technical details and resolve design challenges.
- Liaise with project and technical teams.
- Predominantly remote with occasional site visit in Coventry.
The Person
- Experience as a Fa ade Designer.
- Knowledge of insulated cladding/facade panel systems.
- Refurbishment project experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Portfolio / examples of work available upon request.
Contract Details
- Outside IR35.
- 270 - 350 per day.
- Approx. 15-week contract.
- Immediate start available.
