Are you a mechanically minded engineering graduate who wants more than just sitting behind a CAD screen all day?

We re recruiting for a growing manufacturing business looking for a bright, driven Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join their engineering team in a varied, hands-on role with genuine long-term progression.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys understanding how things work in the real world someone interested in manufacturing processes, quality, continuous improvement and problem solving, rather than purely design-based engineering.

You ll work closely with production, quality and technical teams, helping new products move through manufacturing, supporting process improvements, updating engineering documentation and getting involved in day-to-day engineering challenges on the shop floor.

The role offers excellent exposure across:

• Process engineering
• Manufacturing engineering

• NPI / new product introduction
• Shop floor engineering support

We re looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive or General Engineering
• Can read engineering drawings
• Has some CAD knowledge
• Wants to build a long-term career within engineering and manufacturing
• Is proactive, organised and keen to learn
• Enjoys being hands-on and working closely with people across the business
