Location: Dudley
Salary: 35,000
Shifts: Monday to Friday - evenings
Commutable from: Worcester, Redditch, Kidderminster, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Pershore

Company Overview:
Join a well-established heavy engineering company specialising in industrial machinery and mechanical systems. This is a hands-on role in a technical, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
Carry out fault diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy industrial plant and equipment
Install, repair and maintain mechanical transmissions, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Perform inspections, troubleshooting and repairs using fabrication, welding and machining techniques
Do routine maintenance, lubrication schedules and safety checks
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational efficiency
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Strong background in heavy engineering and mechanical fitting
Qualified via Mechanical/Electrical HNC or apprenticeship. Hands-on experience preferred
Experience working with heavy industrial machinery or production equipment
Skills in welding, fabrication, machining and mechanical troubleshooting
Advantageous: Siemens S7 or CAM programming
