Technical Project Manager (Data Center Isolation)

Mandatory Skills:

Project Management (Data Centre Isolation / Migration / Cutover), Service Delivery, Technology Resilience, Business Continuity Planning, Stakeholder Management across global teams.

JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Advanced Excel, Cutover Runbook (or similar orchestration tools), Application Validation & Cross-DC Failover Coordination.

The role involves leading Data Centre Isolation activities across a global footprint of 19 data centres, with approximately 6–7 isolations executed annually. Each isolation follows a structured planning cycle of 8–12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end data centre isolation projects
• Ensure delivery within defined quality, timelines, and governance standards
• Coordinate planning, execution, and post-isolation validation activities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service continuity
• Validate application stability and performance across alternate data centres post-isolation

Key Requirements

• Strong project management expertise with the ability to run complex, large-scale initiatives independently
• Experience in service delivery, technology resilience, and business continuity
• Understanding of distributed application environments and failover strategies
• Ability to manage critical events ensuring zero/near-zero business disruption

Technical Skills

• SharePoint (documentation & collaboration)
• JIRA / Confluence (tracking & knowledge management)
• Advanced Excel (tracking, reporting, analysis)
• Exposure to orchestration tools such as Cutover Runbook (or equivalent event management tools)
