A well-regarded construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects across London.

This role would suit an MRICS Chartered Project Manager with strong experience delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects within a consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading commercial fit-out projects from inception through to completion
• Managing client relationships and acting as the primary project contact
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and wider project teams
• Managing project programmes, reporting and delivery strategy
• Supporting junior project managers and contributing to team development

Requirements:

• MRICS Chartered
• Consultancy background preferred
• Strong experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
