Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple concurrent web, mobile, and software development projects, with a strong focus on accessibility, digital platforms, and engineering delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex programs in fast-paced environments and will be responsible for driving project execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality delivery across cross-functional teams.

This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can effectively manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with international teams to ensure accessibility and design recommendations are successfully integrated into solutions before production release.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple web, mobile web, and software development projects simultaneously throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and delivery activities.

• Coordinate with engineering teams, project managers, architects, business analysts, designers, and accessibility specialists.

• Drive adherence to project timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective project governance.

• Influence stakeholders to incorporate accessibility and inclusive design recommendations into product and solution development.

• Track project dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

• Manage stakeholder communications across geographically distributed teams.

• Support portfolio management activities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Foster collaboration and promote best practices across project teams.

• Adapt to changing priorities and maintain effective delivery in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

• 10+ years of experience in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).

• Strong experience managing web, digital, internet, mobile, or software development projects.

• Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall (or Hybrid/Modified Waterfall) delivery methodologies.

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.

• Experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.

• Relevant Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Web Accessibility and Accessible Design initiatives.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, ADA, Section 508, or related frameworks.

• Experience with Accessibility Testing.

• Exposure to Functional Testing and Quality Assurance processes.
