Salesforce Project Manager

OUTSIDE IR35 - £500-600 Daily

I am working with a global business, who are about to start the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud, to improve the Salesforce tech stack.

As the Salesforce Project Manager, you will take ownership of the implementation, being responsible for the project timeline, budgeting, resourcing and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end to end Salesforce implementation projects from discover to go-live, ensuring the timeline and budgets are met
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to prioritise the requirements and manage expectations
• You will drive the Salesforce project including requirements gathering sessions and solution design.
• You'll coordinate a strong team of Salesforce Administrators, Developers and Business Analysts.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Salesforce projects, including both greenfield and enhancement implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and ecosystem.
• Experience with change management frameworks and driving user adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
