Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Pharmaceutical - Didcot - Up to 48,200

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Didcot has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

This would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career within a highly reputable FM Company. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to 48,200, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8 am to 5 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Package

• Salary of 48,200

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required)
• 18th Edition (Required)
• AM2 (Highly Desirable)
• 2391 Testing & Inspection (Highly Desirable)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
