Location: Oxford (Travel Across Oxfordshire to Southampton Corridor)
Sector: Specialist Industrial Construction
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Package
The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing specialist contractor delivering technically advanced projects across the South of England.
Working across cleanrooms, cold stores, firewalls, industrial partitioning systems and data centre environments, you'll oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover while developing your career within one of the UK's leading specialist contractors.
The business is experiencing substantial growth and offers genuine progression opportunities for ambitious individuals.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Managing programme, quality and commercial performance.
- Building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Supporting procurement and project planning.
- Managing project reporting and delivery strategy.
- Ensuring health & safety compliance throughout delivery.
- Supporting successful project handover and client satisfaction.
About You
- Experience as a Project Manager within construction or specialist contracting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and project programmes.
- Commercially aware with strong problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable travelling across multiple projects.
- Ambitious and looking to progress within a growing business.
